CONCERTO project:

Description:
CONCERTO is a major European initiative in the context of the European Research and Technological Development Programme for Sustainable Energy Systems. CONCERTO Plus added value to the CONCERTO project on scientific, technical and political level. Euro Keys' role as the leader of the dissemination work package included the development of the corporate visual identity, website development, production of project borchures, leaflets, poster and flyers and the organisation of major promotional events in Brussels and in Budapest, Hungary.

Description:
CHIC, the Clean Hydrogen In European Cities Project, is the essential next step leading to the full market commercialization of Fuel Cell Hydrogen powered (FCH) buses. The project involves integrating 26 FCH buses in daily public transport operations and bus routes in five locations across Europe – Aargau (Switzerland), Bolzano/Bozen (Italy), London (UK), Milan (Italy), and Oslo (Norway). Euro Keys' role as part of the consortium is to listen and understand the issues of those people and organisations who are either not supporters of a role for hydrogen in transport, sceptical of it happening or out-rightly opposed.

European Day for People with Disabilities:
Project Title:
Organisation of the European Day of People with Disabilities conferences (contract N° VC/2008/0324)

Description:
Euro Keys’ role in the organisation of this yearly event with around 350 participants included the invitations to the participants, registrations and liaison with the participants, accessibility arrangements for people with disabilities, travel and accommodation arrangements, liaison with the speakers, local transports in Brussels during the conference, organisation of the Gala dinner, reimbursements, production of promotional items, organisation of sign-language interpretation and velotype services during the conference.

European Water Conference
Project Title:
Organisation of the European Water Conference 2009 (contract N° 070307/2008/508369/SER/D2) and 2007 (contract N° 070402/2006/449059/MAR/D2)

Description:
The assignment of these two events was to draw maximum attention to the preparations of the EU Member States River Basin Management Plans for the Water Framework Directive and the role of public participation in this process, putting citizens' needs in focus. Euro Keys organised the two conferences, including all practical aspects relating to the event, including pre-announcements, invitations, registrations, welcome packs, on the spot management, exhibitions, catering. This included support activities such as web-page management and the production of promotional material, including conference bags, posters, conference leaflets, etc..., and to create a web portal for the Water Information System for Europe.

HyFleet:CUTE project
Project Title:
HyFLEET:CUTE project (contract N°TREND/05/FP6EN/SO7.52298/019991)

Description:
The HyFLEET: CUTE project saw the operation of 47 hydrogen powered buses in regular public transport service in 10 cities on three continents. The project brought together 31 partners from industry, Government, academic and consulting organisations (http://www.global-hydrogen-bus-platform.com/). Euro Keys tasks included the exploitation and dissemination of the technological and analysis results, together with pedagogical explanation of the technology, in order to introduce the new technologies into the relevant markets and also into public awareness.
