MARTIN FITZGERALD, DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR

Martin holds a Bachelor of Civil Law Honours degree (BCL) from University College Dublin, Ireland and a Master of Laws (LL.M) specialisation in International and European Law from Utrecht University, the Netherlands.

Martin specialises in European competition law and main ambit of activity is as legal adviser to one of our largest clients the European Association of Pharmaceutical Full-line Wholesalers. He manages all legal aspects for our clients and advices them on the myriad of legal principles and rules of the European Union.

Martin previously worked in the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union, where he was involved in the work of the European Union’s international trade policy and following the negotiations of international agreements on behalf of the European Union with third countries. In this role he actively followed Council meetings on international trade policy in the sphere of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) and European Free Trade Association (EFTA).
