Our project management team aims at creating added value to our clients’ project and assists, in particular, in projects that are characterised by a high degree of complexity, with many actors being involved. Euro Keys is unrivalled in its experience as a public affairs consultancy for undertaking project management. As such, we ensure the efficient implementation of projects throughout the Member States. We guarantee a smooth communication flow between all project partners, as well as of other potential project partners.
Euro Keys sets up and maintains an Internet portal for its projects and ensures that the information provided on the portal is always up-to-date. Public relations, road-mapping and training are other related activities we take care of. We also deal with the administrative and financial coordination and follow up the project execution.
Euro Keys currently manages major European Commission co-funded programmes in the transport and energy sector. Moreover, we are also the coordinators for the European Commission conference ‘European Day of People with Disabilities’ and the ‘European Water Conference’.
