The Western world needs to rethink its rush to biofuels, which has done more harm ushing up food prices than it has good by reducing greenhouse gases, a United Nations report said.

The Parliament's environment committee voted largely in favour of three separate reports on emissions trading, greenhouse gas reduction 'effort' sharing and CO2 capture and storage in a show of support for the EU's ambitious climate change policy.
