This workshop will focus on the retail industry, where high level of energy is consumed for transport & store operations, to discuss how FC technologies/applications can bring value to this industry. The workshop will discuss the applicability of FC in retail, assess the potential for synergies & bridge the gap between the market demand & supply.
In particular, the workshop should discuss the following questions:
(1)SET THE FRAME: what are the FC technologies applicable to Retail, are FC an important technology to make an energy/emission/sustainability differences in this sector?

(3) ADVANTAGES & BARRIERS: benefits, benchmark with other sustainable solutions, assess market barriers (technological, political, economical) & discuss the awareness gap between the customer & the supplier
(4) PERSPECTIVES: market perspectives (trends, area ...) offer & demand, synergies for FC applications in Retail |
